Mrs. Ivette Díaz is part of the Administrative Team. With a Master's Degree in Human Resources, she was the Admissions Director for over 25 years and has been serving TPA as the Human Resources Director for two years.

It is to be trustworthy and reliable towards colleagues, parents, and students. She takes very seriously fostering a positive work environment and teamwork, which is key to reaching organizational goals and achievements. Like Dolphins, no matter what happens, she remains loyal to The Palmas Academy through thick and thin because it is her second home.
